『maimaiDX』 TERMS OF PLAY
(Effective Date: April 1, 2024)

The following Terms of Play will apply to maimai DX from (DEC 1, 2021).

If SEGA FAVE CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "SEGA Fave" or "we") determines that there has been an illegal act or an act that may interfere with the operation of the game at the store, we may restrict or delete some or all of the play data in which the relevant person was involved, or restrict or suspend game play by the relevant person without notice in order to make sure that many customers can play the game safely and comfortably.

Actions that violate
the Terms of Play

• Acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations (including laws, treaties, cabinet orders, ordinances, and other rules, regardless of their purposes, that are publicly binding upon the players), and acts that solicit or encourage illegal acts.
• Usage or storage by more than one person of play data linked to one Aime-compatible card or one Aime-compatible cell phone (hereinafter referred to as the "Play Data")
  (This includes the usage or storage of the Play Data of another player, and the transfer of the Play Data to another player for their usage or storage).
• Usage of multiple Aime-compatible cards (hereinafter simply referred to as the "Aime Cards") and Aime-compatible devices, and the subsequent transfer of the Play Data multiple times in a short period of time without a valid reason.
• Sale or purchase of the Play Data whether in part or in whole, and sale or purchase of goods acquired through promotional campaigns implemented in relation to the Aime Cards and games
  (This includes sale or purchase via online auctions and flea market apps).
• Transfer of the Aime Cards and Play Data to and from third parties, and lending the Aime Cards and Play Data to and borrowing them from third parties.
• Playing games using multiple Play Data and Aime Cards.
• Preventing other players from engaging in normal gameplay sessions via the use of social media, posting defamatory comments on other players, and any other acts that cause trouble or damage to our company, store outlets, other players, and third parties.
• Intentional acts to disconnect the network or shut down the power during play sessions.
• Setting or entering language that is against public order and morals or defamatory language within the game and on the website.
• Acts that may disrupt the operation of stores with gaming equipment installed (including, but not limited to, damage to or defacement of monitors, sliders, buttons, levers, Aime readers, housings, and other related equipment).
• Unauthorized use or falsification of service-related data (including, but not limited to, the use of game- or service-related data for connection with servers other than those operated by our company).
• Unauthorized disclosure and spreading of information before official disclosure by our company, and other information concerning employees and stakeholders of our company, affiliates, and subcontractors via websites, social media, and bulletin boards.
• Acts that obstruct the fairness of the game.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, etc.) and other rights of our company, stores, and third parties including game players, as well as their reputation and good name.
• Acts that are not expected or tolerated by our company in advance as appropriate gameplay methods, such as analysis, falsification, modification, and reverse engineering of the games; use of programs and tools that are not approved by our company; other unauthorized access; and requesting other parties to engage in the acts described above or accepting such acts from other parties.
• Any other acts that may affect the normal operation of the game and its support, as determined by our company.
• Acts that violate or may violate the policies, guidelines, and other rules and regulations published by our company on our website or the official website of each game or service.
• Acts of soliciting, encouraging, or preparing any of the acts relating to the above.
• These rules have been prepared in Japanese and translated into English. Japanese is the original source text and English is for reference purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these two versions of the text, the Japanese text shall prevail.

『maimai でらっくす』プレイ規約
(2024年4月1日改訂)

『maimai でらっくす』では、2021年12月1日より以下のプレイ規約を適用いたします。
より多くのお客様に楽しんでいただくため、ご協力をお願いいたします。

株式会社セガ フェイブ(以下、弊社)が不正な行為、店舗におけるゲーム運営に支障が生じる可能性のある行為があったと判断した場合には、多くのお客様が安心、快適にプレイできる環境を整えるために、該当する人物が関わった一部もしくは全てのプレイデータの制限、もしくは削除、又は該当する人物によるゲームプレイの制限や停止等の対応を予告なく行う場合がございます。

プレイ規約違反となる行為

• 法令(法律・条約・政令・条例その他名目のいかんを問わず、公にプレイヤー自身を拘束する規範を含みます)に違反する行為、及びこれに違反するおそれのある行為、又は違法な行為を勧誘または助長する行為
• 「1枚のAime対応カードや1台の対応携帯電話に紐付いているプレイデータ」(以下、プレイデータとします)を複数人で使用ないし保存する行為
  (他プレイヤーのプレイデータを使用ないし保存する行為や、他プレイヤーにプレイデータを譲渡して使用ないし保存させる行為を含みますがこれに限りません)
• 複数枚のAime対応カード(以下、単にAimeカードとします)及びAime対応端末を利用し、プレイデータの移行を合理的な理由なく短期間に複数回実施する行為
• プレイデータの一部または全部を販売し又は購入する行為、ならびにAimeカード及びゲームに関連するキャンペーンを通じて取得した物品等を販売し又は購入する行為(インターネットオークションやフリーマーケットアプリ等での販売、購入を含みます)
• 自身の所有するAime(プレイデータ)を他人へ譲渡する行為
• Aimeカードやプレイデータを第三者へ譲り渡し、又は第三者から譲り受ける行為、及びAimeカードやプレイデータを第三者へ貸し出し又は第三者より借り受ける行為
• SNS等を通じて他プレイヤーの正常なプレイを妨げる、あるいは他プレイヤーへの誹謗中傷を目的とした文言を投稿する行為、その他弊社、店舗又は他プレイヤーを含む第三者に迷惑又は損害を与える行為
• プレイ中の故意によるネットワーク切断や電源遮断等の行為
• ゲーム内ならびにウェブサイトにおける設定文言において、公序良俗に反する文言、誹謗中傷を目的とした文言を設定する行為
• 設置店舗の運営に支障が生じる可能性がある行為(モニター、スライダー、ボタン、レバーやAimeリーダーなど筐体や関連機器の損壊や汚損を含みますがこれらに限りません)
• サービスに関するデータを不正に利用または改ざんする行為(ゲームやサービスに関するデータを弊社が運営するサーバー以外への接続のために利用する行為を含みますがこれに限りません)
• 弊社が公開する前の情報や弊社、弊社関連会社及び弊社委託先の従業員その他関係者に関する情報をホームページやSNS、掲示板等で無断で公開する行為及び当該情報を拡散する行為
• ゲームの公平性を阻害する行為(複数のプレイデータを利用して意図的にスコアや順位を操作する行為や他プレイヤーと示し合わせて意図的にスコアや順位を操作する行為を含みますがこれらに限りません)
• 弊社、店舗又は他プレイヤーを含む第三者の、知的財産権（著作権、意匠権、特許権、実用新案権、商標権等）その他の権利及び信用、名誉を侵害する行為
• ゲームの解析、改ざん、改変、リバースエンジニアリング等の行為、弊社が認めないプログラムやツール等の利用、不正アクセス行為その他予め本来のゲームプレイ方法として弊社が想定又は許容していない行為及び当該行為を他者に依頼し又は他者から受託する行為
• その他、弊社が正常なゲーム運営及びサポート運営に影響があると判断した一切の行為
• 弊社が弊社HP又は各ゲームやサービスの公式HP等にて公表しているポリシー、ガイドラインその他の諸規定やルールに違反する行為、及び違反するおそれのある行為
• 上記に関わるすべての行為を勧誘もしくは助長する行為、又は準備する行為
  当該行為、またはそれに類する行為に関する調査、対応、判断、並びに結果の公表については弊社の裁量にて行います。
  また、該当データ以外のデータを使用した場合でも、弊社主催の公式イベントへの参加制限やランキングへの掲載不可など、各種サービスの制限を事前の予告なくさせていただく場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
